Preselection

A selection procedure will be set up for all prospective students, both fulltime and part-time. During preselection, students will be required to show an affinity to and competence in the medium of their choice, that is drama, art, music or psychomotor/movement. Prospective students are not expected to be proficient in all aspects of the medium in order to be accepted, but rather to demonstrate basic skills and show an affinity to the medium. (However, students that are selected are expected to be able to attain these skills by the end of the first year.) After a positive selection outcome, candidates can apply for the study and start the educational training. Each preselection costs Euro 34,00; it is possible to attend several preselections for different media. Please register for preselection on the website. (link)

General Information

Taking part in the preselecion takes almost a day. Depending on the number of candidates and the group size, usually the time frame is something like from 10.30 to 16.00. The selection procedure is carried out by drama, art, music or psychomotor/movement lecturers. These lecturers are often assisted by first or second year students of the Creative Art & Psychomotor/movement Therapy program. The candidate will have been informed about the selection requirements and the required homework by means of an invitation letter (see hereunder).
